Who does what-
John is our Chef de Cuisine and is busy cooking all the fillings and, of course, casseroles. With 16 pie fillings and 8 Casseroles his work is never done!
Simon's the early bird - he is our production manager with the help of Alison, Helen, Joseph and Lorna - they start as early as 5 am in order to get all the pies ready for despatch by early afternoon.
My role is product development, new recipes, taking orders and office work.
