Chicken, Ham & Leek Pie
Shortcrust pastry comes into its own as is the case with this scrumptious satisfying, homely recipe. The chunks of chicken are slow cooked with ham as both meats compliment each other perfectly.
The creamy white sauce binds the ingredient and the thinly sliced leeks add colour and a slight peppery taste. Chicken, Ham & Leek Pie really is delicious and I like to eat this pie cold with a glass of white wine.
It's equally mouth watering when warmed through and served with steamed buttered vegetables and a glass of chilled beer.

To reheat, use a preheated oven gas mark 5/190 degrees celsius. Place on a baking tray and cook for 40-55 minutes. Please ensure food is piping hot throught before serving.
