Chicken, White Wine & Asparagus En Croute x 2
One of our favourite and timeless recipes. A beautifully wrapped crispy puff pastry case holds a delicious combination of tender chicken, white wine, cream and asparagus. Try with steamed buttery asparagus and a chilled glass of pinot grigio. Remember to brush with egg before baking. Pastry looks most inviting when crispy golden brown!

Instructions: Oven from frozen: 190C / Gas mark 5 Place the product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Rehiting: 160C / Gas mark 3 Place the product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.
