Goats Cheese & Olive En Croute x 2 (Vegetarian)
A delicious combination of plump juicy mushrooms and sautéed onions are folded into cream. Goat’s cheese, chopped spinach leaves and green olives are added and warmed through before being set onto puff pastry and left open so the top will caramelise when cooked. Once baked this wonderfully tasty pie is best served with cauliflower and cheese and steamed broccoli. A vegetarian treat.

Instructions: Oven from frozen: 190C / Gas mark 5 Place the product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Rehiting: 160C / Gas mark 3 Place the product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.
