Lamb & Mint Parcel x 2
If you love lamb this is for you. Generous amounts of lamb have been cooked slowly over a low heat until beautifully tender. Mint leaves and seasoning have been used to enhance the flavour and accentuate that unique lamb taste. Steamed leeks and buttery carrots are a perfect light addition to this rich and filling pie parcel. We recommend a teaspoon of mint jelly and some lamb gravy ( I cheat with lamb gravy granules!) if you really want a special dinner treat.

Preheat oven to gas mark 3/160C Remove packaging, place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25-35 mins until the filling is piping hot and the pastry cooked throughout. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
