Steak & Stilton Parcel x 2
This is another huge favourite. Tender pieces of steak are sauteed with onions and delicious creamy stilton cheese is added to give an extra "umph" to the flavour. We recommend sides of steamed buttered peas and asparagus and a little extra stilton sauce, if you have the time and inclination.Method - To make the sauce, melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Add the flour and stir to form a smooth paste, then add the crumbled Stilton and stir until melted and smooth.
